Alaska House Dental Practice is a private dental practice on Salisbury Street in Blandford Forum, a market town in north Dorset. With over 90 years of history at the site, the practice operates entirely on a private basis and does not accept NHS patients. The practice is led by two principals. Dr. Amit Sharma (GDC: 159010) holds a BDS, PG Dip Implant Dentistry (UCL), PG Cert Restorative Dentistry, PG Cert Operative Dentistry, and an MSc in Implant Dentistry from Rome. He is a member of the Association of Dental Implantologists and specialises in dental implants, All-on-4 full-arch reconstructions, surgical extractions, and Invisalign. Dr. Smita Sah (GDC: 110879) holds a BDS and MJDF from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, with a postgraduate MSc in Endodontics in progress. Her clinical focus includes endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and care for anxious patients. Associate dentist Dr. Camilla Llewellyn (GDC: 277448) holds a postgraduate degree in Restorative Dentistry. Clinical services include implants using Straumann, Bicon, and BioHorizons systems, Invisalign orthodontics, composite bonding, veneers, teeth whitening, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canal treatment, and children's dentistry. The practice also offers facial rejuvenation treatments including Botox and dermal fillers. Hygiene therapy is provided by three registered therapists.
