Established in 2004, Brentwood Orthodontic and Implant Centre operates from Regency House at 38 Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 9PJ, under the motto Live Life Smiling. Orthodontics is central to the practice, which is an Invisalign Diamond provider and also fits Damon braces, Incognito and Clarity systems and fixed metal braces. Beyond straightening, it offers dental implants, oral surgery, general dentistry, hygiene and facial rejuvenation, with a cosmetic partnership called Teeth by Teki due to launch in summer 2026. Dr Nikhil Shah features prominently in patient testimonials. Opening hours vary through the week, from a later 11am start on Tuesdays with clinics running to 6:30pm, an 8:15am start on Fridays and Saturday mornings until 12:30pm.
