Founded in 1998, Oxon Dental Care is a small family practice on Welshpool Road in Bicton Heath, Shrewsbury, working to the belief that prevention is always better than cure. Owner Dr Anusha Mandadi, a cosmetic dentist, leads a team that includes dentist Jonathan and several dental hygienists, and the practice makes a point of getting to know patients personally and giving them time rather than rushing appointments. Now taking on new private patients, it offers Invisalign clear aligners, dental implants, composite bonding and professional whitening said to lift teeth by up to sixteen shades, as well as hygiene and emergency care. Treatment planning is supported by an iTero intraoral 3D scanner, which produces digital simulations before work begins. Consultations are priced at 45 pounds, and membership plans start from 20.97 pounds a month. Opening hours run Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm and Friday from 9am to 4pm. The practice holds a five-star Google rating and keeps its list at a scale that supports the personal approach it describes.
