Strand Dental works from Ingram House on Liverpool Road in central Worthing, a fully private practice with no NHS treatment. The building has a lift to all floors and wheelchair access to both the surgery and toilets, and although there is no car park on site there is public parking close by. Housed within the practice is the Worthing Implant Centre, and dental implants start from 2,550 pounds per unit. Everyday fees are published openly: a new patient check-up is 105 pounds, a routine check-up 88 pounds, composite fillings run from 176 to 305 pounds, and crowns, bridges and veneers begin at 880 pounds, with no VAT charged on dental treatment. Hygiene appointments use an UltiClean UC500L system for air polishing and ultrasonic scaling. The team also carries out root canal therapy, dentures, tooth straightening, whitening, oral and gum surgery and sedation, and treats nervous patients, with both male and female dentists available. Children of private patients are seen free under the age of six and at half price between six and eighteen, and monthly Denplan Care and Essentials plans are offered.
